Sen. Whitehouse: Climate Change is Real and Noncontroversial
July 28, 2014- Sen. Klobuchar called for Unanimous Consent to pass a resolution acknowledging that climate change is occurring and that it will continue to pose an ongoing risk. Sen. Inhofe objected to the resolution, and Sen. Whitehouse offered this in response.
