At a February 13, 1992 press conference, scientists raised concerns in regards to a lack of policy decisions to address climate change at the 1992 Earth Summit, by the Bush Administration. Many arguments from the time and issues over the political inaction to reduce emissions, and to enforce regulations, and to sign treaties, are still present today.
