    OIL SPILLS FROM DEEP WATER DRILLING AND RELAXED REGULATIONS ON DUMPING IN THE OCEAN. SCALLOPS SRE NOT YHE ONLY OCEAN LIFE DYING AND THE DUMPING IS CREATING WEED PLANTS THAT KILL TOO.
